I received an e-mail today saying 45 Cowboy Special brass is now available from American Cowboy Ammo.

It is not listed on their website. The price list they sent me shows $90/250, $180/500, $330/1000 and $670/2000.
They also sent a list of distributors, so maybe getting the brass from them is cheaper.
