I worked out a trade with a gentleman on another forum, and may have gotten snookered a bit. Guy has stopped responding to emails, so looks like I am stuck. The trade was initially for 500x .41 bullets and 500x .45 bullets, but ended up with 1k count of .41 cal 210gr bullets. No big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I finally got a chance to check out the bullets today and found that the lube isn't in the best shape. Most of the bullets look OK, but quite a few have flaked/flaking lube and in some cases, little to no lube at all.

Seeing how I am stuck with theses bullets, what are my options?

Pan lube them. It's simple enough if they're sized how you'd want them.

Youll need a shallow pan, and a bullet lube but here's a video that will show you the idea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LU8o14DCK0

Check out Ben's liquid lube.
You make it yourself.
60% liquid Alox,40%Jhonson liquid
Paste wax.
Put a bunch in plastic container, dribble BLL over it ,let dry lover nite done.
It has been use as a stand alone lube on rifle boolits with great success.
Check it out on line too.

+1 for tumble lubing. If you aren't going for mag velocity, I would just tumble in "Ben's liquid lube" (search here) and burn em.

I too would tumble lube them. BLL is a great tumble lube, among others.

Thanks for the information. Can I simply lube them as is, or do I need to do something with the current lube in place?

Lube as is as long as you aren't entering a bullseye match. Might cause minor weight variation, but I see no other draw back.
