What does the "AW" marked on a Lyman bullet mold mean?

I don't think anyone but Lyman knows for sure.
It could be a means of identifying the cherry used to cut the mould.
Or, the initials of the person (worker) who made the mould.
Or, a code to identity the calendar date it was made.
Or, something else that only concerns Lyman.
What ever the letters mean, I have never thought that they were important to the consumer/user.
