Like to express thanks to Dillon Precision, had problems with my 480 Ruger shell plate, I called them, sent it back, requested they send me a 45/70 shell plate instead, as the 480 case is based upon the 45/70, they shipped it out the same day they got it, only question was what it was doing to to see if they could figure out what went wrong. Happy customer right here.

They have always been THE standard I use to see how other companies treat their customers. I put Dillon at the top,,, and look to see if anybody else can compare.
Funny thing,,, only in the firearm industry have I seen this type of excellent service.

I bought a used Dillon 550 about 15 years ago, it was missing a few parts. I called Dillon to place the order for the 5 or 6 parts, explaining the second-hand press was missing a few.
"No charge".
When I said that wasn't right, it wasn't their fault the press was incomplete, their reply?
"We'll get the parts in the mail, hope you enjoy your 550. No charge. Call us if you have any problems."
Dillon gets nothing but praise from me.

I bought a Dillon 450 in 1982 or so. After several factory upgrades to it, I got a bit behind so I called Dillon to see what I needed to get back up to speed with it in about 1990 or so. They asked me to send it back, so I did and a week later a brand new 550B was sitting on my porch when I come home from work.

I have no idea how many thousands and thousands of rounds that I've loaded on them and the now 25 year old 550B shows no signs of needing maintenance.

They do take care of their customers. I had a 18 year old carbide die crack on the lip. They just asked for a picture & I received a new die in less than a week! I have a 20 year old 650 & it still cranks out the rounds!
