i just did (watch the video). I'd never thought of firing anything other than soft lead through the barrels of my air rifles! To my way of thinking, the manufacturers will make their barrels of steel sufficiently hard enough to give reasonable life when a softer projectile is sent through it. They need harder tooling to make the barrels than the steel, and these wear. Hence, again, the softest steel which will work. To take a primer, and send it down the barrel, would be something *I* would never do. Maybe because I just watched the video, which I do appreciate your sharing link of, but one word keeps recurring in my mind: "WHY?" It was entertaining; again, thanks.
