To cold to be outside, so I went to the garage. Poly coated some 30-06 bullets and loaded them up.
Cast 100 bullets up to be coated later as needed.
Applied gas check and sized in my Lee sizer. I tumbled these in a # 5 container with 1 layer of steel BB's and HF powder. Swirled and shook the container for approx: 30 seconds. Transfered to baking rack and baked for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Resized again and loaded them up.

Sorry about that. ( At my age I can blame it ) The red ones are HF. The blue ones are RAL powder.

Looks like you need a better seater nose plug.

Some hot glue or epoxy in the seating stem will fix the problem cheaply

Took apart the seating die. The seating die stem was in backwards. Everything is hunky dory now.

My casull dies had a funky seating stem so I just removed it and ground off the edges of the cone. All of my bullets are flat nose so it worked perfectly

If you are casting in the garage I sure hope you have some good ventilation for the lead pot?
