I've got them in binders from the very first issue to the present. A great source of information.

Hope this helps.

I also have The Handloader and Rifle magazines from issue number one-also have all the American Rifleman from 1937. As Reloader Fred said they are a great source of info-particularly the older ones.

I started loading because of the influence of that magazine. I started reading it at about volume 18.
The first 30 years were pretty good. Since Scovill started the editing I think it took a nose dive.

I have the early years of Handloader and Rifle from the early years as well, however I have sadly watched a steady decline in the quality of both starting from the time they went "mass market" and appeared on the news stands... it seems that they felt they had to dumb down the content in order to appeal to the wider market. Guess my curmudgeon-ness is coming out as I age.

I have the Handloader dvd's and the great thing is once you put it on your computer you can use the search function to find anything you want. Let's say you want to find all articles relating to .405 Win. Punch it in and every article will come up for easy reference and you can print the article and put it right in your reloading binder.

Looking at my newest edition, very concerned about how thin it's getting.
