Varget and TAC for .223 is what I kept coming up with in my research of the .223 loads for 55 and 62gr rounds. H335 if you want to mimic the NATO 5.56 round. I am currently using IMR4320 for light loads with 55gr .223 because at the time Varget and TAC were only available in one's wildest dreams. Varget still seems to be that way though TAC is currently around. I have H335 to use once the IMR4320 is gone. I have never come across any mention or loads using True Blue for .223. It's a pistol powder. Probably way too fast for .223.

I use pistol powders a lot in my 223 Handi. Mostly TiteGroup but see no reason True Blue wouldn't work just fine is your not trying to cycle an auto-loader. Gp

I'm thinking of a 7gr load as a start .7gr of unique works OK but does not meter well .
