Help ID a Saeco mold

I looked on the current SAECO bullet chart and can't find this. Anybody know what this is? I know it's a .357 wadcutter, but don't know if it's double end, BB, etc.

Try looking in the Midway USA catalog for Saeco mould #381-I bet that is it!
Some of the older Saeco moulds used a 6 digit number.

Checked my Midway catalog and didn't see it. Googled it and doesn't seem to be a current mold.

Where did you get that number ?

From an ad. Haven't seen the mold. Guy says it has a button top.
