Depriming some 30-30 & 6mm my wife picked up at a estate sale and low and behold a Sears headstamp. Haven't seen one of these in a long time

I know I have some of those somewhere around here, I even have some 3-D and a few others stashed away. Funny thing is.....nobody can appreciate the older.....rarer head stamps except the ones that find them.

Nice little reminder that the shooting sports have been part of our country for a long time.

I have worked on a number of Sears houses William. People of my generation would never have thought we would see the day when there would be no Sears catalog.....the wish book......and the way things are going soon there may not be any Sears stores.

I'd love to get my hands a Sears case (or two) as me and a good friend worked for them (Sears) for many, many years.

My Aunt lived in one up until her death - it was shipped and build in the 1930's, lots of built in cabinets - lots of curved surfaces - nice and airy with high ceilings.

There's one about 25-30 miles from us that has been restored. It is a huge thing, and looks really nice from the outside.

Have worked on 2 identical sears houses, big well built roomy things. Good friend of the family has a small house built delivery and assembled by sears that they use as a cabin up north.

I have a Sears /win 94 30-30 , that I picked up for 50 bucks 20-30 year's ago. I could not stand the fellow trading it in at the gun shop at that price , I had shot it and knew it was a decent shooter . Model 54.

My first genuine firearm was a Sears Model 2T, 22 rifle. Tube fed, thru the buttstock.

How about "Robin Hood" headstamp on 32 S&W ? Have others if you would like to know.
