Friend bought a nice one and also bought a used barrel from Fleabay.
The used barrel did not work, bolt bound up and took a hunk of wood to open it. I found the top of the bolt was hitting the barrel extension.
I used inletting black and a small cutter in my Moto Tool to cut in the extension for clearance. The bolt closes perfectly now. He is going to shoot it today.

Friend ran 75 rounds at skeet without a problem and said he did better then with his 12.

A friend had one that he did well with quail hunting when the birds were holding tight.

I noticed after shooting several rounds through my 12ga and switching to my M1100 410 or M1100 28 ga I noticed I had a slight anticipation of recoil. Switching back from the small bores I would nearly drop my 12 ga. If rocks are 30 yds or less I shoot my 28 better than my 12's, I think this is common for most.

My favorite .410 was a single that folded all the way up. Think it was Italian. OH WHY did I ever trade it? I bought one from a friend in town not long ago. New England firearms Pardner. I could not hit a thing. Face on the stock so high I was shooting 20' over. I took a file to it, 20# of wood later i still have to have the clay above the bead.
Only problem with the 1100 is it will send empties into the next county.
