Missed out on a sweet deal for a lyman 50 cal plains mold

Midsouth has put their lyman 50 cal plains mold on clearance. and now they are sold out. did I really miss out on a good boolet for my 50?

I can't see a company could make a moud that was worse. I know some guns like some things but I have four 50 cals that hated that bullet. I tried everything. I tried different lube, I tried different hardness, I tried paper patching it. I sent it back and because it was .504 instead of .508 and they said that it was within tolerances.
Really!?!
I sold that piece of **** for 20 bucks and melted all the bullets I had left.

Coming from idahoron, I feel a whole lot better. This might explain why they went on clearance.

thank you Ron. I was looking for something different from what I have... more accurate at longer distances. I have 3 different 50 cal. maxi-ball molds... all the T/C style. and have 1 lee R.E.A.L. 250 GR. MOLD.

Do you have a fast twist? You could go paper patch.
