From southeast Jawja, hope you and yours have a great Christmas and great new year. We'll be going to my son's for Christmas morning breakfast, and that's always the highlight. The greatest gift a man can possibly have, other than our salvation, is a good son and family. I've truly been blessed. Not everyone is, even those who've done their best. Parents aren't the only ones who influence kids these days. If you know someone who needs some assurance or a helping hand, give it to them if you can. This can really make some folks' Christmas something special. And after all, isn't that what it's really all about, plus the family thing?

The birth of Christ meant so much to so many people in so many ways. It may not be possible for any of us to satisfy everyone's needs at this special time of year, but we CAN do something for those we encounter that need a little help or understanding. One person at a time. That's the way salvation works for us, and it's the same all over. One person at a time. Merry Christmas!
