Found this with the treasures from the house I helped clean out.
According to the web, CC (Tom) Seitz was a gunshmith and benchrest shooter.
He made custom rifles and shotguns.
This is stamped .221 REM. .221 Fireball????
Looks to be neck size and seater dies.
Kind of like a Lee loader.
anyone knows anything about these????

Those are the type of dies that benchrest shooters use in an arbor press. Wilson and a few others make dies like those. They are usually a neck die and a seating die. Very cool find!

There is an arbor press in the stuff I got.
Look like a Foster press.
Any idea what these die would be worth????

Wilson dies go for $40-50 per die unless they have the micrometer top, then you can add another $50. Those may have been made from Wilson blanks. Check Wilson out in the Sinclair International catalog for a little more info. Used dies, maybe start off asking 2/3 of new prices and go from there?

Nice score. If you are selling them you might want to keep them bundled with the press.

I think he was a benchrest shooter but I did not know that he made dies.

Those appear to be of very high quality.

For similar tools look at Neil Jones' and L. E. Wilson's web sites. Dewey also made some of those tools.

I think I have another set or two in the stuff.
I'm still sorting through things. I'll post them when I find them.
