I'm looking at some old Lee eng. shell holders for a Lee primeing tool. Does anybody know if they will work in a Lee precision tool? The one I'm interested in is a S designation for 7.62 russian. The seller says hes not sure if thats 7.62x54 or 7.62x39, so I'm not sure on that either. Of course Lee denies anything to do with it. Any info would be appretiated!

Thanks Deadeye.

Deadeye:

The "S" size screw-in shell-holders for the old LCE hand priming tool IS for the 7.62 x 54R. These won't work with any other tool I know of. I don't have the later priming tool with the slip-in S/H's, but Lee Precision offers different sets for the priming tools and the presses, so I doubt they will interchange.
