I keep my extra disks for my Auto Disk Pro measure in a plastic bin hanging on the pegboard behind my press. I had a brain fart and hung my mini grease gun directly over that bin. Some of the grease liquified when the room got warm and dripped down onto my disks. How do I clean them? Soap and water only, or can I use denatured alcohol? Some other cleaner?

Thanks in advance.

Original dawn dish soap and hot water is what I would use. I would be careful with other cleaners or chemicals as the disks are plastic.

I have washed mine in the dish washer before with no ill effects? They are made of pretty tough stuff!

That sounds like a good idea. . . so long as I don't get caught. :bigsmyl2:

Or, you can soak them in dishwasher soap with water that's hot enough to dissolve it. Dishwasher soap is a powerful degreaser! Other alternatives may be something like Simple Green or one of its clones.
