Thank you so much for your prayers. Lillian has improved enough to be brought home. Her mother being a very experienced RN (in the US Marines too!) was a big factor
They are in a watch and wait to determine when is the best time to do the surgery.
Her great uncle Bill in Georgia (me) will continue to hold her up in prayer
