Has anyone used these in the 1895 marlin (ballard type) any notes on accuracy and terminal performance on game, such as deer and hog?

Welcome to the list Kidd. Those bullets are usually accurate in the Marlin, and will be devastating on deer and hogs. Loading is very easy, there's tons of data available, and velocity can be anything from black powder level (1100 fps) to "tear your arm off" level (2000+).

Take care, Tom

I like to keep it at 1300 to 1400 fps, for a mild recoil, also I have been using acc2495 but i leaves a lot of **** in the barrel, does imr3031 or rel7-10 do this?
