Nice! Work of art. Almost looks like a blackhawk handle.

The model 83 grip they used is awesome for recoil control. I like it.

This thing is growing on me quickly. I have not really liked and specialty pistols but this one blows my skirt up!

Make sure you wear hearing protection.

338 Federal is a very efficient cartridge.

Both barrels shoot sub Moa. And the brake on the 223 allows for use of a rifle scope. The 338 is almost to the point where I could use a rifle scope.

The 223 groups are little bug holes at 100....the 338 will never see a bench again....just shooting sticks. Off sticks I'm still hovering around 1-1.25"

no cast bullets will ever touch these bores
185 Barnes for the 338. 50 vmax for the 223

Only a fool wouldn't wear hearing protection with any gun when shooting or hunting. :violin:

Agreed. It was more of a joke in that those short barrel rifle calibers are truly deafening.

Bob Baker from Freedom Arms was hunting with us this last moose season here in Alaska. He was using one of these in 45-70. He got a monster moose, over 71".
Impressive gun, but I don't personally care for the single shots, might as well have a rifle!!
Completely my opinion I know!! I just think anything other than a handgun is too easy.
It was a great trip, Bob is a good guy to be around, great shot and tireless hunter!!

I saw the pic, and it is a monster!
Bob is one of the good guys.
