I'm not goin' to ask if anyone has seen this before cuz y'all failed on the Fowler. Here's another mystery press or part of one anyway.

By all means, please tell us about it, e.g., how many stations, manual, auto, lever/motor, caliber, etc.

Nothing much more to tell other than there are 12 positions on the middle platform, which hold the dies. The lower platform supports the indexing shellplate and also has 12 positions. The upper ring just holds the vertical supports in position. It's more than just a prototype or homebuilt as there are parts for about 50 of what you see in the pic. I have no idea how the shellplate indexes or whether its motor or hand operated. I'm fairly certain it was made in the late '50s in the LA basin near where the Fowler I mentioned earlier was made. That's all I know. I just thought some might like seeing the efforts made by a small startup company at the same time and general location Hollywood and others were producing reloaders.

With grease fittings on the vertical rods some one must have built it for speed and endurance.

Does it have a shellplate and can you determine the family of cases that could have been used??

The shellplate for the press shown in the pic is for .45 ACP. If you look closely a .45 ACP case is sitting on the lower track. I believe there are parts for .38 Special also.
