It just dawned on me that my nephew is a heating and plumbing contractor.
He's been in that business for 20 years. Right now he's running 12 trucks. I just called him up and asked what he did with the shower and sewer lead he removed, said he always threw it away. He didn't have any now, or jobs, removing lead going on. But will let me know and I could have it. In my experience that is usually around a bhn 8. Just what I need for BPCR. Have plenty of WW's but not much soft lead. Seems like with 12 trucks shouldn't be long B4 I get some lead. Wish I would of thought of it B4.

Just how long did it take for the light bulb to come on? Think of the lead he must have "disposed" of!

My wifes brother is my nephew's dad. He passed on a few years ago. He was reloading for my nephew. Now I have the job. My nephew is a hunter not a recreational shooter. He has shot a lot of big game. I'm in the process of loading 200 25/06, 200 270 and 100 300 win mag. Same loads that his dad used to load. IMR 4350 and speer bullets. Midsouth and midway both out of 25/06 speer bullets. Today I had midsouth cancel the 25/06 bullets and send the rest. I'm tired of waiting. 500 loaded rounds ought to last a few years. I think he's thinking if I kick off he won't have anybody to reload for him. I'm amazed at the price of reloading components. He's lucky cause I have the powder and primers I'll probably give him
About all I use anymore is unique and black powder.

Also, roofers tear out roof boots made of the same stuff.
