Would like to use this combination in 357 S&W length cylinders. A bullet crimped in the crimp groove and loaded in 38 Special case is short enough to fit in a standard S&W 357 Magnum cylinder. Looking for load data with pressure data.

Click on the 'Castpics' link below then (not sure exactly where) find the links to older load data.
i have data for 4227, 2400, and Bullseye from an old Lyman's book.

RCBS listed the following for their 175 grain RN in the 38 Special. The max are clearly +p, though not so designated. From RCBS Cast Bullet Manual number 1.
2400 min 8.8 grains 881 fps max 9.3 grains 945
Blue Dot min 6.0 grns 759 fps max 6.5 grns, 810
4756 min 4,5 grns. 827 fps max 5.0 grns, 915
WW-231 3.7 grns. 752 FPS, max 4.2 grains 844
bullseye 3.5 grns 757 fps, max 4.0 grains 858

I never used any of these, but did try a few with 4.5 grains of Unique. This is a gas check boolit and It was a waste to use them in a 38.

Will start out with the 2400 data.
