Just finishing up a set of 30 cal dies for a customer. His wish was 150 grian bullets from 5/16" copper tubing. No problem I said. Check out the pics

70-72 grain copper tubing jacket paired with a 78-80 grain core and voilą! Here is a pic of the progression of turning the 5/16" copper tubing into a perfect 150 grain 30 cal bullet, 6 steps total.

and then just to show the customer everything that is possible with his new set of dies I made some bullets for him that covered 110-210 grains in weight. He is all set now to make nearly any bullet he wishes.

left to right, 110 grain plinker, 125 grain with RCE jacket, 150 grain from copper tubing, 170 grain SP same RCE jacket as 125 grain, 175 grain from 5.7x28, 175 grain HP RCE jacket, 190 grain same RCE jacket as 175, and finally a 210 grain bullet with same RCE jacket.

I'll PM cost info to you, it can be found on my vendor page.

My dies require a Lee Classic cast press, any of the RCE llc. presses, or a home built press capable of accepting 1/2-20tpi threaded base punches.
