Two new grandsons, twins. Came early, one under 2 lbs, and one just over 2 lbs. In neonatal ICU. Looks good so far but lots of fear and concern, although strong fronts being put on by all.
Any help with the man upstairs appreciated.

I've been around here awhile with a very low post count. Am a quiet guy and have found any information I seek from search.
Not overly religious, say help in the morning and thanks at night.

Congratulations on twin grandsons ! Will pray , it's always scary with the premature births but they usually do well these days .

Update. There was a sleepless night or two being touch and go. They've been moved to a step down unit and are growing, over 3 lbs. now. If all continues well they may be home by Christmas. People like you in prayer chains in NWPA and OH have had them in their thoughts and prayers. There is a comfort knowing the backbone of concern and hope expressed. Thank God and you'ns.

Update, little buggers are home for Christmas! Even look like babies now. One over 4 lbs. and the other over 5. Along the way when stress was running high one of the staff commented on how blessed we were to be able to see the babies grow outside the womb. Was what we needed to hear right then. Advise to keep ears open cause you might not know who's gonna say what you need to hear. Thanks. Merry Christmas all!

17 years ago our oldest grandson was born with his cord around his neck. He was blue when he was born. But he's now taller and stronger than I am.

I'm praying for both their complete and speedy recovery and growth to normal and beyond.
