does it have merrit or doesnt it? can it be benificial on a just blue barrel to seal the barrels finish and water proof it? also does it last? also does it last in a bore or is it shot out after a few rounds? i dont know anything about it so i need everyones advice. thanks before hand, johnson1942

In practice, I've found the best weather protectant to be wax, not oil of any kind. FWIW?
