I have a 357 accusport bisley and shoot cast bullets with it. The gun has been firelapped and bullets sized to 358 are snug fits going through the throat.
I just bought a gp100 and the 358's won't push through the throats. 357 jacketed bullets are a snug fit.
I would like to shoot the same size cast in both guns. What does shooting cast bullets slightly larger than throat size do to accuracy and pressure?
The other option is to ream the gp100 throats slightly larger so both guns are the same
I did slug the bore and the bore is slightly smaller than the throats which is good.
Any comments on either solution?
