Redding T-7 Turret Handle

Does anyone know the thread size and pitch for the Redding T-7 Turret Handle?

Pilgrim, my turret handle is a 5/16" steel rod, 4 inches long, with a 1 inch ball handle. You stick it into whichever of the three holes is most convenient. It just slides in, no threads.

Sorry, my mistake. I didn’t mean for the turret. I’m asking for the press handle thread dimensions.
