Here is one of the best tools I ever got for reloading. This is a mini arbor press from an optomotrists sale. The press can be set up with tools for casr neck expanding for everything from 17-50 caliber and with the depth stop set if the cases are properly trimmed the neck is uniformly expanded. The tool is also used for searing gas checks, the brass piece on the front of the table is a die that allows 100% concentric seating. BUT I don't ues it much as just pushing them on without the guide is just as good. I use this for seating bullets for die set ups and it also sizes small cases in the older Lyman dies.

All in all the best $2.50 I ever spent.

That is so cool, how do I get one...can it be gotten by you?

It is exactly what I need to seat snug gas checks.

A very similar little arbor press is sold by several of the bench-rest suppliers; try Sinclair (but they can be EXPENSIVE!).

Harbor Freight and the other tool-porn sites offer the little 1-ton bench-top arbor presses VERY cheap, and they can easily be adapted to such use.
