I've been using Ben's Red lube with great success in all my rifle and pistol loads. However, I can't quite overcome the desire to experiment. Along those lines, I have a bottle of "Car Wash Shampoo and Conditioner". This stuff is quite thick as far as car wash concentrate goes. I was thinking of blending it with BW and JPW and testing it on a few cartridges. However, I'd figure I'd post the ingredient list (partial I'm sure but it's all it has on the label) for the chemical experts among us. Hopefully you guys can save me a waste of time and BW if the ingredient list guarantees failure. Anyways, here's the list:
• amphoteric surfactant
• alcohol ethoxysulfate
• nonionic surfactant
• anionic surfactant
• alkanolamide

Worth a try?

...............and one of two things will happen. You'll either have a clean barrel or one heck of a lot of crud to clean out!
