I have a line on a Browning Hi-Power that is about 40 years old but has not seen alot of use, It has the adjustable target sights and seems like a good piece. Anything I need to know before I start trying to find a good cast load for it?
Thanks

Slug it right off. Browning is a good make, but so is Walther. My Walther needs .359" boolits to shoot well. It is looser than any of my .38 Specials. All my other 9's need .358". Your Browning should be an excellent cast boolit shooter.

Your barrel and brass dimensions may vary from mine, but .358" is the best diameter for cast in my Browning Hi-Power.

I'm going to try some .358 I already have loaded up as we have about 8 9MMs around here and so far my powdercoated loads have worked in all of them.
