I slugged my 9mm KKM barrel and it measured .355" - .3555". I am sizing some Lee 120 TC and 125 RN boolits with my NEW Lee .357" sizer kit. The boolits came out .356 out of the .357" sizer die so I opened it up with some emery cloth on a whip in a die grinder ... BUT ... I went too far and now they are sizing to .358"-.359". Is this too large to safely shoot in my 9mm Glock 34 or should I buy a new die? BTW I am powder coating the boolits and sizing after coating.

If they will chamber they are fine to use at that size just make sure you expand the case moth enough so that you don't swage the bullet down when seating

Are the sizing to .358"-.359" after the powder coating or before? You may need to resize after powder coating them. You can always remove the barrel from your
pistol and give them a plunk test - drop the loaded cartridge in the chamber and it should sound "plunk" and
should be flush and be easy to remove from the chamber.
