Be careful once you acquire that ...... because the temptation to overload that press exists.

Also, in case you did not know it .......... there are the early version with simple leverage and the one with compound leverage ... the compound one having more toggle links.

Enjoy your press!

^^+1 to this!^^
As I said in response to the other thread you started, it's a great LITTLE press and you need to recognize its limitations. I have thought of having ONE hole rebored to 7/8 X 14 so I could use carbide dies for the sizing step only, but I've never got a "round tuit" yet... I'm not sure in retrospect that even that would be a good idea. I'll let the little press remain a little press!

Thanks. A little press for 25,32,380 acp and many of the other low volume "small"pistol cartridges would be ideal with 7/8-14 dies. EDG`s comment on a previous thread got the lite bulb to turn on. This should make a great press for small pistol loading.

Troyboy, mine is dedicated to .32 H&R Mag and even has a #55 Powder drop attached on the 7/8x14 tool head!

I love my little TLJr, and was looking into getting that top plate to use modern dies... but you know, for what it costs to buy them, you can almost buy another press. I have mine for doing 38spc, and for my 22jet. Instead of digging up all the odd dies, I picked up a used single stage that I do the rest on. Granted if the price was cheaper on the retrofit plates, I would love to use it for 38, and 45 acp using nice carbide dies... but really I cant justify the cost.

For me the cost of the 7/8x14 Turret was never an issue, I already paid $65.00 for a 50+ year old press that's original retail was $14.50! Collecting and using old equipment has nothing to do with cost effectiveness.
