Picked one up about 3 years ago but haven't done anything with it.
It's a Stainless gun. I need to pick up a mold for it so I can get to reloading for it.

Anyone got a favorite mold for the 375 H&H
only heads I have are the hornady grand slam ones that they were blowing out on close out about 2 years ago.
I really need a mold for this thing since it's getting that time of year to cast lead.

I'll figure up a cast load once I settle on a mold.

Thanks

Rich

My favorite in my Ruger #1 is a now unobtainable 310gr BRP boolit. NOE makes a 275gr one that looks like it might work well. I have it, but haven't shot it yet. The Accurate Moulds 38-300A looks pretty good too. I run my 310's at about 2,100 fps w/4759 and a mag primer.

I have the Accurate 38-300 A my rem 798 seems to do well with it , so far my rifle shows me it wants it pushed harder this is a plinker round for the range for me , I know that I can push this boolit over 2000FPS but my shoulder is not for many rounds of that.
I have been using a Lyman #375449 /264 Grain Flat Nose Gas Check push it harder than 1800FPS with IMR 4198 it does fair getting a group of less than 3 inches at 100 yards, it groups better the faster the boolit is pushed.
the .375 H&H Mag. has come out to be quite a cast boolit shooter.
