Hi Guys:

Newby here, looking for advice on a vernier sight. I need to find a make & model that will fit a T/C 50 Cal. Hawken. I'm trying to stretch my range out to 300 yd, so a mid-range sight is what I had in mind.

In the mid 80s T/C sold a vernier tang mounted sight (I can't find the one I did buy) as an accessory for the Hawkin rifles. As of today, all I"ve been able to find out from T/C, is that they did not make them in house, and the gunsmith there couldn't remember who they bought them from

So far, I've called T/C Contender, Marble, Brownell, & Lyman. No luck!

I'm hoping someone here might have some information to help me out.

Thank you,

RD

Check Track of the Wolf. They have several that might work and they are reasonable price wise.

RD,
Which thread are you following, the current one or this one: http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?p=318252#post318252

I'm confused:confused:

Actually, I'm following both. However, I have to admit I did post my question here in error, then went to the front stuffers thread to correct.

Sorry for my error,
