How does this gadget work?
Wanna trim down 9mm to 9x18 mak. I bought this item, but can't figure out how to use it.

Is this the three jaw chuck for the Quick Trim? That is what I use. I chuck it in my drill, put in an expanded 9mm case, and have the 9mm Mak trimmer stud on the wooden ball handle. It goes quickly.
I do need to expand the 9mm case with my Mak expander button. The trimmer stud won't fit otherwise.
