I was looking for the mounting hardware for a Pursuit red dot sight I had.
Found out that Pursuit is made for Bass Pro Shop.
I contacted them through on-line chat.
They were very helpful. Sent me the instructions and would check on the parts I needed.
After a little while they found they couldn't supply the parts I was looking for.
They checked and told me to send it back, and they would replace it with a new one under warranty.
Sight worked great. I really only needed the mounting clamps and screws.
They said to send it back for warranty.
I mailed it in and in about a week I got a new, in the package, red dot sight.
They also sent a check for the cost of shipping to them.
This is great customer service.
Just had to spread the word to y'all.

I quit doing business with Bass Pro largely because of their lack of customer service. Glad you had a different experience.

I bought a deep sea fishing reel from bass pro years ago and while fishing for grouper on a charter boat larger hammer heads was coming around so I put a fish to be turned loose back on my hook and tossed him to the sharks , Got a bit very quickly it was a lot of fun to fight a 12 ft shark for a short time, I sent the reel back to bass pro thinking they would repair it and charge me , the sent back a new reel in the box free of charge. I have tried shark fishing the boat capt. was a little pissed off about that, but I was happy with the service from bass pro
