Last week I got the above named mould in the RG4 style and a CZ85 Combat. So Far I have cast approximately 900 solid and 400+ HPs with the mould and I am very happy with it! Get the lead hot enough and it is very easy to turn out both styles of bullets fast,

Anyway, I was looking at the HPs and wondering if anyone has tried the bullet in a .38 Special? I carry hard cast WCs in my two J frames, but thought the lighter bullet may work as well. Mi esposa carries a M36 3" and I thought these may do good for her as the extra inch of barrel may give her a little more velocity.

Also I haven't yet shot any of these through the CZ but they chamber easily when sized .358" and seated to 1.105".

I have loaded a few of these up--they shoot just fine. IIRC I loaded them over 5.0 grains of WW-231 and they shot just fine, albeit a little low from my Colt Cobra--haven't tried them over anything else. I like 'em more in my 9 mm's though.
