today I saw a 30-30 single shot rifle for sale at a pawn shop. I would have bought it but the funds are not there and I have enough of stuff. I am sure it said made in Brazil, it was very stoutly built and had heavy bulky wood that looked walnut and could use a reshaping of the wood stock and forearm. I really did not handle it but it seemed very stoutly built and was reeking with potential if you can do wood work. It had the fixture in front of trigger to push front to open gun lock. It really looked more like a savage 219 than a cheap brazil something from 10 feet away. The gun is at Doc Holiday pawn in ozark mo and I think the tag said 230.00, just thought I would let you all know; it is a 30-30!!
