win 95 question

[too many things]

have a friend that has a win 95, gun is in 90%+ for age. missing the steel but plate. all rest is good, wood and blue bore is nice .its 30-40
what is a fair offer to him?
any help would be appreciated

Definitely need some good sharp pics. Rifle or carbine? Takedown? Receiver sight? Bore condition? Grade of wood? Checkering? You state "90%+for age", what's the age?
