if healed means a nice hollow base, if you send me 100, 250 grain bullets no harder than 30 to 1and no larger than .451 or .452 in can reshape them in my swageing die to a kieth nosed hollow based bullet. send the bullets and money to cover return shipment i can knock them out in an hour.

A heeled bullet is an archaic design of bullet (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullet)where the internal diameter of the barrel (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_barrel) is the same diameter as the cartridge (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartridge_%28firearms%29) case, and the bullet has a step at the rear to allow it to fit inside the case. Heeled bullets mostly disappeared with the advent of smokeless powder (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smokeless_powder) cartridges

I know of no vendor that casts them
Why do you need or want such a bullet?

Say, Johnson, I'm interested to hear more about those Keith swaging dies.

I have reloaded thousands of Ideal 454250 gr 45 Colt bullets (255gr) with smokeless and black powder...
These flat base - straight side bullets shoot accurately as cast from the mold
You say 'in cylinders' - so I presume your talking about percussion revolvers. If that is what you meant ... your using the wrong bullet in a 44 C&B
But if you are bound and determined, here is a 230gr heeled bullet mold ...

Be best to think it over and get your calipers out to do some measuring: length of cylinder with a .451 bullet + powder charge and 1/8"wad or no wad but each cylinder greased. You'll probably determine the nose of the seated bullets will be past the mouths of each cylinder

Plus the diameters of the Accurate mold are too small for a 44 C&B cylinder
