Who came up with the first case activated powder measure?

Lee, as far as I know, with their little Auto-Disk measure with the plastic disks
which slide to measure, but can be rotated for different fixed cavities.

Dillon licensed it for it's system, which was first as an upgrade to the 450, and
standard on the 550.

I would look much further back. 1966 Truline manufacturing is the earliest patent I see.

I found another reference to Star (predates Dillon and Lee) and I believed they were invented around the 20s and made into the 80s.
