I have a round nose seat die and it does not work so well with flat point bullets. Anyone know where I can get a stem for flat point bullets?

Fill the hole with epoxy and sand or turn flat in a lathe, get another for pointed bullets,

Most lee lugs can be flipped over for a flat side.

Not sure how that works. Not on my set anyway.

Normally, a lot of Lee seating dies do have a seating plug that can be flipped over for FN seating. I just went and looked at mine and it cannot be flipped - the seating plug has a "one way only" seating plug that has a larger diameter shoulder on it that prevents it from being flipped. And the seating end is more conducive to seating RN.

As bstone5 suggests - you can fill the end with epoxy and trim it square. In looking at mine, the recess in the end of it is deep enough that I'm not sure it you cut it square it would be long enough to seat? If you are going to be seating a bunch of FN right along, maybe you could have someone on here turn you out one the same length of what you have but with a flat end on it. It would be a simple job for anyone with a lathe. You need that shoulder on the top of it or it would just drop out of the die.

I stand corrected, I just pulled my 380 appart and it cannot be flipped. My .38 and .45 can.

You can get one from lee for $8 if you send them some of your bullets as a sample. (yes even flat nose, I asked) or like others said simply have one turned if you have a friend with a lathe, I did that yesterday and it works great.

Cool now just to find a friend with a lathe.
