Does anyone know anything about doing a trigger job on an early style Browning BT 99? I just got one and the trigger is heavier than my gauge will measure by a LOT. I'm guessing 9-10 pounds. A friend that has won the Texas ATA Championship thinks it's way heavy as well and he's shot Brownings since he was 11 years old. I've done plenty of handgun and rifle work but not much on shotguns and this one looks unlike any I've ever worked on. It seems like I have to make a new tool every time I work on a break open shotgun.
