Need help identifying jackets

I recently bought some 1" (1.000") 30 cal jackets from a guy who didn't know the manufacture. They weigh in right at 53.5-53.6 grains with just the jacket. My RCE jackets weigh in at 39.2 for the exact same jacket. Obviously these have a thicker wall but I am hoping someone might have some jackets that are the same weight for a 1" 30 cal so I can identify the manufacture.

Possibly they are Dave Corbin's VB (versatile bench rest) jackets. Good for hunting or target shooting. I've had them, but only in versions longer than an inch so I can't help with the weight comparison.

They may be Sierra jackets...years ago you could buy from them...
