August 2015 Photo topic: Data, reloading manuals and library's
-------------------------------------------

Only one winner this month, TodR's submission ...the photo reminds me of a Warhol

----------------------------------------------
We all use Data !

Many times, submission photos will have the object perched on a manual, many times the Lyman castbullet handbook 4th Ed. Which has a awesome cover. Many times, what I am looking for, when I am judging this contest, is a photo that is worthy of being a Gun Magazine cover or Manual cover. So this is kind of a picture of pictures...This seems challenging to me, Don't just lay them out, like you are selling them, there must be some art in there somewhere? I wish you all, Good Luck.

A reminder, please submit/post only one photo. If you post more than one in this thread, your submission will be DQ'd

If you have more photos you'd like to post, feel free to post them in the comments thread.

No more of a chance then a snowball in hell in winning, but I'll post anyhow. This is just how I do it. Manuals and lots of sticky notes from my favorite forums on the net. I never use the first data I come across though. I'll write down lots of it and check for consistency.

Didn't break out one of the DSLR's, lighting system or portrait lenses, just popped a few pictures with the phone as going for content of photographs, not quality of them.

Most of the manuals as always some are next to recliner, sitting next to the porcelain throne, by my recliner, work and the most treasured is locked up in one of the vaults, my autographed first edition Phil Sharpe manual. Gathering the wandering sheep would have left important areas lacking in reading material. When reading a reloading manual cover to cover becomes good literature, you have become a hand loader.

Here is an old gun cabinet I put shelves into, sitting along side an "appropriated" shelving unit. My wife hates these sitting in the living room. I have another shelving unit, sitting on another wall with all of my reloading manuals. Since we're moving into our new house in the next couple weeks these book cases will go away and the books will go on proper shelves in the new library room.

This is my entire reloading reference library. This picture also shows all the calibers cast and reload.
