Anyone using the NOE or Lyman 314-299

My buddy that I shoot with has a number of Mauser's and a Mosin that he wants to try this bullet in. but would like to get a hand full to do some measurements to see if he thinks it will do what he wants it to
If you could get me a few I will pay the shipping just need 2 or 3 unsized would do the trick
