I have 2 C Sharps Hiwalls. One in 40-65 and one in 45-70.I would like to work up some smokeless loads with reloader 7 powder that I have on hand. I cast a 550 grain bullet for the 45 and a 400 for the 40. Can anyone give me a good starting load for each that is aproximetly equal to black powder velocities?
thanks Curt
Lyman 40-65 data that came with the cast 400 grn BPCR bullets that they sold about 15 years ago
