Friends call me Pac

I say this in my hometown today. I stopped and talked with the artist and told him this really got to me. I could see myself in some of the silhouettes and could see friends in others. I told him this brought back more good memories but it also brought back some bad ones too. However, the good far outweighed the bad and both sides have to be remembered.
The man painting this is named Thomas Fernandez. He has never served in the military but felt he needed someway to honor those that have served. This is how he felt he could express his thanks. I found it very touching and have to admit I got a bit misty eyed. The good the bad, two sides of a coin but they belong together. Can't have one without the other. Hope you enjoy. You might also see yourself or someone else in one or more of the silhouettes.
