Lee 2 cavity handles????

Can/how do you remove the mold block from the handles of a Lee 2 cav mold??

Invert it and look at the bottom of the mold. There are two pins that are each in a peened over hole. Drill out the hole and pull the pins. Gianni.
PS to reinstall, insert the pins and peen over the holes.

To add to what Gianni said, sometimes the peening is so light that a good sharp knife will remove it. Another method is a Dremel tool. That saves you having to try to control a drill.

In the event you don't intend to save the mould, you can very easily drive the pins out through the top of the blocks. They are just slightly below the surface. The 2 cavity handles can be easily modified to fit other brands of moulds.
