I see Ruger is making a special run of Bearcats with adjustable sights.

Yes, I saw them at Cabelas about 3 months ago. I have always wanted one with adjustable sights and think that might be my next purchase. I've been holding off for so long because I can't decide between blued and stainless, they both look good. Maybe that is the answer, buy both!

If 22's were readily available I might be interested, but not now, no how. A gun with no ammo is a club.

Nice looking! I have a vintage Super Bearcat - a nice little handgun. But . . . as rintinglen says . . . at this point with the difficulty of finding ammo . . . mine stay "parked". I have two or three 22 pistols that haven't been shot in 3 or 4 years. For me . . . until the supply of ammo gets back to what it was . . . if it ever does . . . there are no more 22s in my future. But then my (and others) lack of desire to buy over priced 22 ammo when you can find it just makes more available to those that will . . . so I guess it's not a "total loss". LOL

Ruger doesn't offer guns "directly." They go through distributors. Lipsey's is doing this one.
